Art-secure packaging and shipping

We package your Fine Art print with the greatest care. Large formats are rolled around a fiberboard tube to prevent unwanted creasing and then placed inside a box to insure safe shipping.

A tremendous amount of craftsmanship and attention to detail go into every piece we make for you. For us, shipping and delivery are an extension of this service. Our art shipping professionals get your order straight to you in customized art-secure packaging.

In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact customer service within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing through the contact form below.

• Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days to be in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange or refund your order based on any issues that relate to how your print looked on your monitor in relationship to the actual print. Every monitor may have color profile differences that can make an image appear more warm or cooler colors.

Each print is carefully approved, reproduced and inspected according to the artist’s specifications.

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment. We reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; issue shop credit for items not including shipping; take no action; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage.

This certifies that this print is an authentic limited edition print made from the Photography Illustration by Mia Bosna.  This archival print was meticulously matched to the original image in a cooperative effort between the artist and printer to attain a print that faithfully captures the essence of the original and has been inspected for printing accuracy by the artist before being signed.

ZenAssemblage Character Prints – Limited edition prints are treated in a unique way in that the edition is limited but the size is not. So while there may be two sizes for the Characters, this does not change the number of reproductions.

The average edition is one hundred.

The artist Mia Bosna represents that each edition is limited to a specific number of prints (of any size) for each image. The digital file will remain in control of the artist for the exclusive use by the artist and printmaker to guarantee the purchaser of his/her investment. No further reproduced giclee prints of the original will be made at any size, or by any other reproduction method to the general public, or other organizations. The buyer of this artwork is guaranteed that the artist will adhere to these standards and that the printmaker will act in accordance to the artist direction in providing these limited edition prints. The artist retains the sole copyright of the original photo illustration. Any unauthorized reproduction is in violation of U.S. copyright law. All information and statements contained herein are true and correct.
