We will be starting our day with a Qigong practice\, hiking for plants that have special medicine for us\, learning about their qualities and messages through shamanic journeys\, drumming\, and creating art & poetry that illuminate energetic portraits of our experiences. \nMany AirBnBs are available in Mt.
